Off to Cody (soon)

To all interested persons;

This coming Sunday morning, I am off to Cody Wyoming for my annual 2-week research trip, and for the two Winchester gun shows. I will be working downstairs in the Firearms Museum (in the research department) starting late Monday morning, and I expect to be in the office until closing each day. I will briefly check the forum and my email message traffic each evening from my Motel room.

Hope to see some of you there in Cody[8D]

    Well I am sure that you will enjoy that trip, and have been looking forward to it since last year. Please do stop in and share things you find...and take a camera!

    BTW...how is the Halibut fishing this time of year?

    Bert's too tight to pay admission to get in the "high rent district". His time will be spent in the sub-basement.

    The Halibut fishing was awesome... I also landed two very nice Lingcod. I will send you some pictures after I get back from Cody.

    If my wife and I hadn't gone to the Denver show a couple of weeks ago we would probably go to Cody; we haven't been to that show in a number of years! My wife felt that two long road trips almost back to back would be a little too much for us old folks! [:D]
