Shipping high cap mags to gaum?

I have a person that wants to buy some of my 30 round pmags but i would have to ship to guam.I cant find out if it ok to ship ar mags there or not.Any input?

  State Laws & Published Ordinances - Firearms (ATF P5300.5) shows no high cap mag restrictions in Guam.
