browning choke tubes Question

will the invector plus fit the Browning BT 100 ?
Is there a way to tell which tubes will fit in it.?
Any help will be appreciated. [:D]

Are Briley chokes good for trap?

  Inv+ tubes are for the later made backbored barrels, the barrel should be stamped INV or INV+
  Jess Briley makes the best choke tubes I've used.

  Browning Invector choke tubes and Invector Plus choke tubes are not interchangeable. To determine which style choke tubes your BT-100 uses, measure the distance from the end of the muzzle to the far side of the internal barrel threading. If this distance is 1 1/2 inches, then, your shotgun uses Invector choke tubes. If the distance is significantly longer than this, your gun most likely uses Invector Plus choke tubes. I don't have an Invector Plus tube laying around, otherwise, I would have told you it's length. Hope this info helps. Also, on the BPS models, the barrel is always marked Invector or Invector Plus. I would think this would be done on BT-100 barrels, as well.

  I believe 'all' bt-100 used the inv. + type choke tubes

  Another plug for the quality of Briley chokes, they are terrific.
