Presentation w/ items Cost?

How much would the case w/ accessories cost, w/o the revolver?
I think Uberti makes them?
I can guess the cost for the accessories, but what about the box?

  A new, quality commercially-made one would probably run between $75-$100. Used ones usually run $50 and up.
