I have an old Navy Arms black powder rifle.
Made for Montgomery Ward called "Tribute to the american pioneers"

Percussion, full stock, octagon barrel, 50 caliber, no patchbox, brass engraved butt plate, w/set trigger, iron sights. Am I missing anything? 0 -

Condition? Box and paperwork? And what are the proofmarks specifically?0 -
The stock has a few nicks and dings, but could easily be refinished. Definitely has been shot before. No box or paperwork, but the engravings on both the lock and barrel are clear as day.
Appears to also have the original wooden ramrod as well.0 -
I don't see anything in the Blue Book but Navy Arms imported guns from various Italian manufacturers. Check the barrel for proofmarks which should help identify the actual manufacturer and year it was made. 0 -
What would the proof marks look like? would it be on the underside of the barrel covered by the stock? 0 -
I've looked the barrel over every which way, and the only marks on it are "Navy Arms Co: Ridgefield, N.J. USA", "50 Cal.", "Tribute to the american pioneer", and "7 of 2500". My Lyman Deerstalker has a small symbol that I would think is more of what I'd call a "proof mark"... this barrel has nothing of the sort. 0 -

Since your question was "what is it worth", I would venture to say that the commemorative/limited edition aspect of it adds little if anything to its value. Mostly valued as a shooter, so about $250+/-.
