AK-47 Optic Advice Needed

Looking to get an optic for my AK and willing to spend up to $200. I'm looking for more of a tactical optic, not necessarily a scope with high magnification, but something that I can use at the range, is accurate enough to shoot a fist sized grouping at 100 yards, but is quick and easy to zero in when pulling up to shoot.

I've found the following two:

    My first choice for a red-dot type optic would be the Russian made Kobra, which interfaces nicely with the standard mount located on the left side of the receiver and offers several settings and a full range of adjustments:

    My next choice for optics would be one of the Romanian military scopes which come in different magnifications (this one is 4 power) and are nice quality. Adjustments are a bit primitive but they are rock solid scopes:

    Mark pretty much covered it, The russian kobra and Warsaw pact PSO/POSP type scope are pretty much the best choices for the side rail.

    look at the pso, posp, and red dots on this link to get an Idea of what exactly is on the market right now. these scopes are the same ones as are issued to russian troops, so they are good quality.

    Larue tactical also sells a mount/red dot combo that replaces the rear sight. It is basically a replacement rear sight that co witnesses through a burris mini red dot. So you actually have twosighting systems on the same plane.

    I like the Bushnell M&P red/green t-dot sight. I have 4 of these mounted on various AR's. Kinda looks like a trijicon but gives you the green reticle also which works great in low level light conditions.

    While it is historically correct, the only thing I don't like about my Kobra is that it washes out in bright sunlight ...
    ... then its useless, and since most of my shooting is during the day, its usless most of the time.

    There are several red/green dot optic's available, you'll have to buy a picitinny mount but you should still be able to keep it under $200

    I've got two of these installed, one on an AK and one on a Saiga.

    Obviously designed for the AK, these have surprisingly good optical quality, particularly when you consider the price.

    Ended up getting the Bushnell Holosight optic.

    Site arrived today. I was really excited because I was planning on going to the range on Saturday and testing out the new optic. Turns out the site doesn't fit either my picatinny side rail nor my UTG quad rail. I called Bushnell and they said that the site is made to fit a 5/8 Weaver rail. Anybody know how to mount this type of optic to the picatinny rail I have? Perhaps there's an adapter?
