Grips on Glocks
Good evening everyone. I was in the local Bass Pro today and was looking at the Pierce monogrips for Glocks and other polymer handguns. Does anyone have any experience with these grips? They looked like they would add to both controlability and comfort while shooting. Thanks for all of the input.

Are you talking about the grip extenders?
They work exactly like they look like they should, greatly incrasing grip on the compact guns. Downside, of course, is that you reduce concealability and you need one for each magazine.
In general, grips are a highly personal thing. What works for one person based on hand size/shape and concealment/carry method may not work for another. If you want to know, you have to try for yourself.
Edit: Are you talking about the Hogue "handall" grip sleeve? IMO, these are great, with a nice palm swell to fill up your hand, and for the money are one of the best things you can do to a polymer gun. Again, you have to try it and see if it fits YOUR hand.0 -
The only "monogrips" for a glock that I know of are the hogue rubber slip on. If those are what you are talking about they are a great feature to add. One tip I can give you is when you are trying to slip them on use a hair dryer to heat them up. It softens the rubber and lets it stretch out enough to go on easier. 0 -
