1911 govt magazines

bought 6 mags at a sale with 4 of them having serial # on bottom, i have argentine dgfm fmap 45 and RR 1911A1 and all 6 work in these fine no problems, 2 are black un marked, and 4 parkerized with serial # stamped on bottom with f inside a circle stamped next to serial # serial range 30,xxx 38xxx 39xxx and 72xxx, who would have made these with serial # stamped on them? also, included a ram-line plastic 22 looks like 15 rd magazine straight walled design with MAB 1312 on side, cant find no info what this might be for

i have scovil blued mag for RR and meg-gar shooting star for argentine sistema dgfm fmap. all 6 work in both pistols fine and noticed the font used to stamp the number on mags was similar to that used on my sistma. the sistema bbl frame and slide all # match, but only thing missing was matching magazine.

  Foreign governments often serial numbered magazines to the guns, and Argentine government .45 magazines are found this way. I think the Brazilians also did it with their Ballisters, and if I remember right, the magazines will interchange with the 1911.

  The "correct" mag for your RR is a blued WW2 contract mag with 1 or 2 letters on the top &/or bottom of the toe.
