I'm not sure if the Swift is a current offering (read: You may have to find a used one that meets your satisfaction), but you should be able to buy/order the .375 from any Remington stocking dealer. Have you checked the Auction side of the house? 0 -

The only listing for the .220 Swift on the Remington website is:
- Model 700 VS SF (Varmint Synthetic Stainless Fluted)
It is not the true BDL configuration from any standpoint other than the magazine design.
The .375 RUM is currently listed as being available in this offering:
- Model 700 XCR (Xtreme Conditions Rifle)
If you're looking for the traditional BDL with the walnut stock, black forend tip, etc., I suggest the Auction side. It might be easier and faster just to put one together.
