what can you tell me about the intratec 9mm? were these made in full auto?

i heard a handful 2/4 were full auto,the semi auto try to find some titanium firing pins...i have 1 of the AB model from '94' safe queen never shot it...0 -
I saw a full auto Tec-9 for sale at Knob Creek about 4 years ago. I never knew they existed. I don't know when Tec-9 build one was. Perhaps it was early enough to legally convert them. If not, that was one rare factory piece. 0 -
There are probably a dozen variations of this pistol, but the design is based on a Swedish sub machine gun known as the AB. I've never actually seen a genuine Swedish example, much less fired one (and I've seen and shot just about everything), but the design was a flop as a SMG. Interdynamics, the gun's parent company, set up shop in Florida and began producing semi auto pistol versions of the gun which fired from an open bolt (then legal). It was easy enough in the old days to file an ATF Form 1 to manufacture a machine gun, make a few simple modifications to the pistol and you had an instant machine pistol. I've heard that there were some factory dealer sales samples out there but once again, I've never come across one. 0 -
hello. i ALMOST bought a full auto transferable tec-9 from recon ordnance about 10yrs ago. it was priced at 1000.00 back then. at the time, i could get a m-16 for 2000.00. he ended up talking me out of it. he sold it to stembridge rentals. jerry told me it was used in one of the tom cruise spy movies. 0 -
