C&R FFL question

I just got my application paperwork for a C&R..is there supposed to be a fingerprint card in the package?

    Is a scanned/emailed copy of a C&R FFL as good/legal as a faxed copy for a sale of a firearm. Thanks

    No fingerprints or photos are needed for the C&R.

    How long did it take to get the applicaton? I requested one about a month ago, and another a week ago.

    I requested mine form the regional office here in town and had it within the week.
