Skeleton Stock

I have found this detachable stock and I'm unsure what it fits. I'm also concerned that it maybe an AOW item and controlled by BATF.

Can any of you shed some light?

  Its a universal clamp on stock (maker unknown) sold through Sears catalogs and other suppliers right at about the the turn of the century mostly shown with top break revolvers of different makes. not sure of the NFA laws on this one. I've had one for several years but never have put it to use

  Stocks are not regulated by the NFA.
  If you put the stock on a gun, or are in possession of both gun and stock, you will be in violation of NFA laws.
