Help with ID and DOB of old S&W Revolver

I would highly appreciate any help on a DOB of this .38 S&W pistol and an approximate value. It is in very good condition. Thanks [8D]

You have a 38 Military and Police, Model 1905 4TH change, Target, Made in 1915-16.
Probably worth about $700-800, would be my guess as they book for 50% higher.
