1967/68 Colt AR-15 SP1

I have the above firearm, Colt Ar-15 SP1 with serial number
SP1-000XXXX( Extremly low number ) This firearm is in close to mint condition, I do not have the box or any manuals, beleive me when I say Close to mint condition. Any ideas what it is worth mlaughlin4245@yahoo.com

  $2,500.
  
  $2,500 if there's no marks on the outside, and the boltface under magnification shows absolutely to trace of a primer ring. Best, Joe

  It would be nice to have some clear, well lit pictures of this. Both internal and external. Is the bolt carrier chrome? does the bolt carrier have the serriations for the forward assist? Have you any way of knowing that it is ALL original, and not just the outer shell?

  Barrel markings would be good to have pictures of too, along with markings on the bolt.
