Spanish Mauser, suggestions wanted

I posted under General, but think that was a mistake, so here I go again........

I've just acquired what I believe to be a 1920 era Spanish Mauser. I've take a number of pictures and I've placed them here...

I've looked for input on the overall condition of the piece, how rare or unrare it is and perhaps, what one could expect a value to be, in So. california.

  It's been sporterized, by cutting the stock and removing bayonet lug, front band etc.. This has a negative affect on it's value to a military rifle collector. Spanish Mausers are fairly common even in arsenal original condition. IMHO yours would only have value as a inexpensive hunting rifle, $150-$250, if the bore is in good shape?

  Paid $90 for one 20 years ago... sold for $250 after putting $200 worth of updates in it over the years (drill & tap for scope, bend bolt, synthetic stock)...
  
  Either keep and enjoy as is, or maybe consider converting to diff caliber like 7.62x39 or 45acp

  Nice rifle.
  Keep as is or maybe bend bolt and mount scope.
  Is yours a 7mm or a 8mm conversion and how is the bore?
