Shipping to a C&R holder

Can a non-FFL holder ship a firearm that is on the C&R list, to a buyer that has a valid C&R? It's going to MN.

  Yes. A C&R IS a FFL- its an 03 FFL. If the firearm is a C&R (either on the list, or the specific gun is 50 yrs old or older), you can ship to an 03 C&R FFL, just as you would ship a gun to an 01 Dealer FFL. California is weird about C&R handguns, MN should be fine. You can mail long guns, handguns need to be shipped by UPS or FedEx if you don't have an 01 FFL.

  I'm a Minnesota C&R holder, and have received many C&R-qualified pistols and rifles shipped directly to me. No problem.
