Remington falling block?

I really enjoy single shot rifles but I am not an expert by any means. (I have a Ruger #1 and #3, couple of remington rolling blocks)
I can't find anything that looks like this action from remington. Is this some import that remington sold under their name -- or is the seller mistaken about the action?
It looks interesting, but I wouldn't call it a "masterpiece".

    I'm not an expert either, but it looks like an 1885 Winchester low wal to me.
    Get Bert H. involved, he will give yui the best info.

    Hello Sorry Mike the Borchardt was made by Sharps. You might be thinking about the only Falling Block model that I know of Remington making was the HEPBURN I have one but never got the hang of posting pictures on the Forum side of gunbroker . The Hepburn has a SIDE lever not a bottom leaver like the one pictured . Google D.Z.ARMS he builds a repro and does GREAT work. This auction is in no way a Remington unless it was made in the last 30 years as a proto type.

    As to other guesses, the Winchester "low wall" has an exposed hammer, as do all the Falling Block Works actions I have seen. The Remington falling block action was the No 3 "Hepburn."

    That DeHaas-Miller looks like it! I didn't think it was a remington - the Hepburn was the only thing I found in my searching.

    Pretty DeHaas custom made outfit with a lot of goodies and nice boxes.
    The scope looks Lyman and needs description.
    The seller may not be the owner as the owner would give a better description of this outfit.
