Marlin reference / collector books

I already own a few of these and I'm looking for good reference books on Marlin lever action rifles. I've taken a liking to Marlin levers and think I want to start collecting more of them. Any information that could help a rookie Marlin collector is apreciated.

  Sam Maxwell's "Lever Action Magazine Rifles" is excellent for the early/original Marlin levers.

  another good read is Mike Venturino's Shooting Leverguns of the Old West. Tons of pics, and information on both Winchesters, Marlin and some of the other leverguns.

  The Venterino book is mostly for reloaders, a lot of information on the cartridges, much less about the guns. Sorry I bought that one.

  Maxwell's book has got a lot of good information on the 1881 Marlin rifle, but as He Dog notes, Brophy's book on Marlin Firearms is "the book" when it comes to Marlin firearms.
