Need help identifying bench rest rifle action

The only information on the action is PAS Brookfield CT.... I am hoping some one will recognize the action by the safety location if the pictures do not show please click on a link.....   The safety location just shows the trigger is one of Arnie Jewells with the bottom safety.
  No clue as to the action it's on......
