9mm uzi

Hi i had pick up a uzi 9mm for parts to day. It does not have a Serial number on it that i can find. would i be able to auction it off

  Is it parts or is it a gun?
  
  If it is a gun who made it? Is there anything stamped on any part of the main receiver?
  
  If it was home built job (which is legal) then being sold is usually not legal.

  First off i believe it is factory i bought it at an auction today thay said it was a 9mm uzi kit and when i got it home i don't think all parts are their so i was going to put it up for auction as parts i just wanted to make sure i can do that where it has no Serial#

  is the reciever just a bare shell in the white??

  You really can't sell anything gun-related without photos. So, since you will have to take photos anyway, you might as well post them with your question. Without photos, we have no idea what you have, or whether or not you can either possess or sell them.

  IF it was imported into the US as a firearm (meaning complete receiver) it was required to have a SN to be legal. If it was a kit, and not a complete reciever, it did not.
