NFA rules and PLLC
I have a PLLC (that's a professional LLC set up for my vet practice). Will that work to get a suppressor or 2?

Maybe yes, but probably no. It all depends on what your state has to say about the differences between an LLC and a corporation because BATFE is going to be looking at the state regs to judge whether or not your business qualifies as a corporation. The only real reason to do this is to get around the CLEO certification on an BATFE Form 4. Is your chief unwilling to sign off on a Form 4? If he will sign than I suggest going that route. If he won't sign and you are in fact allowed to purchase as a corporation then keep in mind that when the
corporation ceases operations you will not be allowed to retain any NFA items owned by the corporation without transferring them to yourself using an approved Form 4 with the CLEO sign off...Which, if he won't sign, puts you right back where you started from.0
