Colt Navy - Dating

I went to http://proofhouse.com/index.htm in attempt to date a Colt Navy 1851. Their serial numbers go up to 215000 - 215348. The numbers on this one are 218518. The numbers are very clear on all the parts.

Any one know about this inconsistency?
