conversion of rifle caliber
How reliable is a rifle that has been converted from one caliber to another. Example from 7.62X45 to 7.62X39. Will the rifle stand up to normal firing. hobo9650[:)]

While your question might seem to be simple and straight forward there is a lot more to it than what you've stated. In all honesty, you really need to take it into a gunsmith so that he can do a hands-on assessment of the work and the end results. Attempting this by remote control is fruitless.

The 7.62 X 45 Cartridge, was only used in one particular rifle. The Czech Model VZ 52, semi-auto. Since the Czech made ammo for this rifle is expensive and hard to come by, they were converted to fire the 7.62 X 39 SKS Cartridge by sleeving the chamber.
Depending on who made the sleeve and how it was fitted to the original chamber is a major factor in reliabilly. Many of the sleeves have a bad reputation of not staying in the chamber and being extracted and ejected, after firing a small number of rounds.
To make a long story short, don't buy a converted VZ 52, unless your able to put a couple of hundred rounds downrange through it.0
