Rem 700 .300 H & H ??
Did Remington ever build a Rem 700 in .300 H & H? Serial # I'm told is B6463208. I can't find it in my Blue Book, need help. THX Hawkshaw

In 1983, Remington 700 Classic was produced in 300 H&H.
The serial # on Remington can be misleading. To verify year of manufacture, you need the barrel code (2 or 3 letters) on the left side just forward of the reciever ring.
