Blair Cat 12 ga loader Pacific DL-150

Hi,I just bought some reloading equipment and a Bair Cat 12 ga loader came with it.I will never use it,and have never seen one before.It looks in good shape,but is missing the plastic powder holder.Can you buy the powder holder or is it cheaper to toss it,OR put it on a auction.
Has any one used this.I think it is a Pacific DL-150
