Remington 597 value?

I was wondering what a slightly used Remington 597 .22 cal rifle was worth. THis one came with a factory scope. It was $240 about 5 months ago. I put roughly 300 rounds through it. Just throw out some numbers. Thanks.

  Without pictures you'll find most are reluctant to offer values, but good advice is always to visit the auction side and see what similar rifles have been selling for.

  If it is a standard taper barrel without factory sights, they sell for $180 new with the scope

  I bought a N.I.B. 597 LSS (SS barrel, lam stock, factory scope) on G.B. last month for $249.
