Is it legal to sell the parts of a CZ-25 as a gun kit? If so, how much would one be worth?

  I wouldn't be including the receiver or any parts of the receiver, if you sell it. You don't want to put yourself in a jam, if some resident of Commieforina or N.Y., or one of those other left wing areas buys it. Sell it as parts only, and get a notarized B of S, from the buyer noting that.
