There were 1000 of these manufactured in New Haven. Were they all distributed with the oak presentation case?

His question is clear enough.

The answer will be tougher; this was not a Winchester commerative. While it may have been made by Winchester (it may also have been subcontracted) it was marketed by either a distributor or some other distributor who had it made for them to sell. Records would have to come from the distributor.
