Ruger Lightweight Single-Six Tri-Color
Are there any Ruger collector clubs? This revolver was made in 1956 and still has the factory brochure with it. Nice overall condition. I had one guy send me an ad for one that sold for $1200 and I have had other guys tell me it's worth about $200-300. I thought about selling it and getting a nice .45 auto and a Ruger Mark II if the first sale was correct. Thanks.

kentuckyyetti, The Light Weight Single Sixes are listed as one entry in my old Blue Book. Some were all blue and some had aluminum colored cyl. I believe the third color was a plumb colored loading gate.
Go to the gunbroker auction and do a search of completed auctions of Ruger Lightweight. Ignore the idiotic "pie in the sky" minimum bids and only consider actual sales or bids. This should yield you info on some actual sales or bids.0 -
Thanks, I searched and found out how to find the completed auctions just now, which is no small feat as I am not too computer-savvy. There wer no Single-Six lightweights in the 'completed auction' category. Here is a link that someone sent me a while back. Mine is like the first pictures.

I may try to list it on here after I reread the rules and regs. I bought a Marlin lever .22 rifle on here a few years ago, so I can probably get the same FFL dealer that handled that to ship this one for me if it sells. Thanks everyone for your responses.0 -
You might go to this site and get their opinion on value. I have a pretty good guess but am a little out of date on that model.

Condition is everything! $700 to $2000
The original box would sell for as much as the gun. The manual in very good condition + or - $85.0
