I have an Italian Carcano that's in pretty nice shape, looks to have a refinished (varnished - ugh!) stock. Any markings anyone might know of that might point to it's worth?

I knew it couldn't be worth much, thanks guys!

  I have a Carcano in 6.5 with a Ordance Optics scope mounted with a side mount. Anybody know how to tell if this was a rifle that was orginally purchased from Klein's Sporting Goods. Looks like the same rifle that Oswald used to assassinate President Kennedy. What it worth

  Its not worth much, 100 bucks or so if in good shape as it has been modified.
  
  Kleins and a bunch of others sold thousands of these through the mail in the 50's and 60's.
