Anyone have an idea what a Ljutic Dixie Special would be worth that is in excellent condition with less than 3000 rds shot through it? Would say this gun is 99%. Thanks.

    Being an extremely limited edition of shotguns and now unavailable, the collectors could have a field day with these prices. The drawback is the incredibly small number of folks that are aware of the Ljutic family and their shotguns. You could spend a lot of time listing this and waiting for a knowledgeable shooter to really want one bad enough to pay the price for it.

    # The DIXIE SPECIAL ... Similar to the SLE PRO, but using stainless steel receiver and forend iron this VERY limited production gun (only 25 of each model) is fast becoming a modern collectible. There are a few serial numbers left at this time. Call or email for info. ....... All Dixie Specials have been sold. We're sorry, they are no longer available.

    Nononsense thanks for the info.....thought about calling Bob myself on this one. Just called him the other day about a shotgun someone had traded w/him. Guess you are right....if you aren't a trapshooter you just won't know these guns. Don't know how I missed the one in the auction and thanks for the link.
