What is the best caliber for finding a revolver, pistol and rifle in the same caliber? Can you use 45 acp in a revolver or lever gun?

Depends on what you're using it for - could be 22lr, could be 44 Magnum or could be 45/70. I'm not aware of any 45 ACP lever guns though. What's the gun(s) being used for? 0 -

I can't think of a pistol in 44-40. As he said revolver and pistol, I believe he meant a semi auto. 0 -
The 357 mag and 357 sig are 2 different shells. 44mag and 22 are the only cals I can think of for a revolever and a semi auto and rifle. 0 -

357 Mag / 38 works.
Henry, Marlin for Lever guns, S & W for the revolvers, and Coonan and Desert Eagle for the auto-loaders.
You can do the same thing in 44 MAG, though I believe you are limited to the DE for the auto-loading pistol.0 -
If you want a revolver and an autopistol, AND consider the Desert Eagle a reasonable choice, you could have them in .357 or .44 Magnum along with a matching lever action.
I know of one .45 ACP lever action, an elaborate custom conversion. These days the gunsmith would require you to cross your heart and hope to die if you offered to put .45 hardball in a tube magazine. The builder of the gun I read about knew better than to try.0 -

9mm is a choice. Some ruger revolvers come in 9mm, pistol is obvious, as for rifles - there are many carbines in 9 mm.0 -
Actually, almost any caliber found in a Colt Single Action Army can also be found in a lever gun. They make a nice pair! 0
