reseal kit for crosman 160?

I have a jc Higgens .22 air rifle that looks like a crosman 160 or maybe 180 it has a long stem on the screw cap so that it takes just 1 co2 cartridge. when you pierce the cartridge the air leaks out. can I get a reseal kit and fix this myself???
