Bulgarian Makarov C&R ???

I have a Pistol for sale it has Circles around a 10
Bulgarian s/n show was mmade in 1989
this gun is not 50 years old but i have people tring to buy with a C&R
any New Laws Change

  absoluty not only real russian(not the current commercial ones) and the east german makarovs are C%R i have more fellers that get C&R papers thinking they can buy this and that..the recent czech M82 is C&R but is not 50 years old ..some person went thru the hassle and summited papers and it was granted C&R status
