Hello,can anyone tell me what loads I can use red activ T-42 wads in. THanks

  If memmory serves me right those were originally loaded with slugs. My uncle used to shoot them all the time. They never would extract in my mossberg. Anyways slugs is all I have ever know them to be.

  Welcome to the Forums.
  
  I found someone using them with 3" Federal paper hulls with a
  1 3/4 oz. load. You will have to scroll down to find it:

  I have an Activ booklet somewhere in my shop. If I run across it, I'll let you know. Sorry I can't lay my hands on it right now.

  Okay, found the load data sheet from Active. The T-42 wad is a 12 GA. for 1 1/2 and 1 5/8 oz. loads. The only load data is for Activ hulls.
