Century Arms VZ 2008 (VZ 58)

What's the story on these rifles?
I thought I was buying a CZ VZ-58 but it's
actually Century Arms version.
What's the difference?
Should I be concerned?

  Well the parts kit they built it on, was built by one of the CZ plants(there are two). The reviever and a few other parts are American made to get around the 922r import regulations.
  
  You cant get a fully Czech VZ58 in this country without the American parts, or at all since they dont quite have the minimum barrel length.
  
  
  
  If the gun works, no need to be concerned. Century Arms is a bit hit or miss in consistency of their builds.

  The Century Arms receiver is milled, so that makes this version pretty attractive, especially since it is relatively light.
  
  Be sure to get a good supply of mags; AK mags won't work in your rifle.
