Not off hand...that will be a tough one. What is the level of work you need done? I have fpound them to be interesting and wonderful shooters with the many I have owned over the years. More than one has been happily quite accurate as well!

I'm not able to view the site (internet filters) but check out:

Mark Kubes seems to have parts for alot of obscure commy firearms. He may have a replacement used disconnector you could buy. I bought some Tokerov pistol parts from him a few years ago.

Can't immagine it would be too hard to change that part out yourself.

Otherwise, you might try Marc Krebs of Krebs Custom Guns.
Marc is an AK47 guru, bet he could fix that SVT for you. Not sure if he is taking on custom / repair work but you never know with this economy. He may also know someone to recommend you to.
