I sent a revolver to them for repair and it took quite a long time to get the piece back and I had to call a few times to check to see what was going on. I got the revolver back it looked like thay had to replace the whole frame and restamp the serial number, the only parts that look like they were from the old weapon was the grips. They sent a new box, holster and fleese lined case. Great service!
