Best conceal holster for Springfield XD

I just picked up a Springfield XD (older lower capacity model 9mm and got for 250 [:D]) and would like to buy a nice conceal carry holster for it. Can anyone suggest a nice, comfortable in the waist band model. Price is not really an issue, but comfortability and durability are the main concerns.

  I carry my XD in a Galco M7X Matrix. It's very comfortable and you can take it off via the two snap-straps. You can find one for about $25.

  my main problem with most of my holsters has been the inability to keep them in place. Can you suggest a good belt? Buddy really likes the galco instructors? Any other opinions?
