I have a Bersa Thunder 380 & am looking for thinner grips. I saw some wood slim grips offered by a company that ships from Hungary. Does anyone know if this is legal? Do I need to get a permit/license of some type? Thanks in advance.

  There are some parts you can't import from any country, & some countries from which you can't import any parts. The list changes often.
  
  You need to contact the US Dept of State to find out.
