?? H&R 410-44 Shotgun ??

I have a H&R 1900? 410-44cal. shotgun that has a different stamping then most. The barrel says 410-44 CAL. and on the left side of the frame is a outer circle with hardware on top and company on the bottom, Looks like wheat seeds on the left and right side, on the inside circle is a cross with LUTHE spelled BOTH ways. The rest is printed with, Luthe Hardware Company-Des Moines, My home town Serial No. on barrel and frame are # A199**

  H&R often added CAL. after thier marking of 44 or 410-44 because the 44 shotshell was a caliber and not a gauge. is is a smooth bore shotgun and not a 44 caliber rifle. luthe hardware markings were most likely added after it left the factory, which was a common practice during the time this gun was made. H&R marked thier model 1915 and model 1908 single barrels 410-44 between 1916 and 1921.
  
  the model 1900 and 1905 single barrel features a removable hinge pin for take down the model 1908 and 1915 have a snap on fore-arm for take down. how do you remove the barrel of your shotgun.
