LEUPOLD RINGS QUESTION

Got a 50mm leupold scope to put on a Weatherby.. Will the Leupold high rings work or do I need extra high ? Thanks ...

if it isn't a heavy barrel,...I bet the High rings will work, and probably even med rings. I like my scopes CLOSE to the barrel.

It will probably depend partly on how you like the scope positioned. If you like it quite far forward, as I do, then mediums may work, especially if you like the scope as low as possible.
