20 gauge bird hunting loads

So...I have a nice little Remington 870 Youth 20 gauge on layway at the local hardware store. Figured with another 20 gauge I could take the girlfriend out to shoot clays more often(she really enjoys it) and I could take my father out bird hunting. Not much better then enjoying the outdoors with family & friends and putting dinner on the table.[^] Anyways, I haven't done much of any bird hunting since Junior High School, so here is my question.

What factory loads would you guys reccommend for each of the following game?

--Partridge
--Geese(must be steel shot)
--Duck(must be steel shot
--Dove
--Turkey(have some 3" Nitro Mags that I think should cover this well)

  I'd go with either Bismuth or Kent Matrix for waterfowl. Less cripples, especially in 20 gauge.

  All I use is 20 ga on warerfowl. No problem just keep it within 40 yds. I use 4's for woodies and mallards and have shot a few geese over decoys with # 2's Got to head/neck shoot them though geese are tough even for a 12 if body shot or wing clipped. All I use is and IC choke
