Does Maryland still have the ballistic shell casing law ? All new guns must have a spent casing ? Like NY ?

  Yes. When Governor Bob Ehrlich said that he would look at all gun laws & get rid of those that didn't work, he lied.
  
  The sealed fired case is required for all new HANDGUNS. (As is the internal safety lock.)
  
  Don't know about NY, but CA has discontinued the program.

  Neal,...I thought our commie state had discontinued that as well?? I guess I havn't bought a new handgun in quite some time[V]
