Don't be paying any mind to the fantasy world, some of these guys who sell stuff on the auction live in. Lot of them think their stuff is more valuable then the Crown Jewels of England. Not likely anybody in their right mind would buy anything from that joker, when he posts "As is, no returns", selling a pistol like that, for that kind of money.
I have seen a lot of this kind of stuff locally lately, since the election. At the gunshows some of these hustlers are trying to sell Walmart ammo, and recently imported JG surplus guns, for three times the going value. They figure it's a sellers market, and they can rip you off for any fantasy price.0 -
I would add that "blue book" and "gun digest" values are really only starting points for those unfamiliar with the market.......and in many cases are so far from actual selling prices (both high and low), they are all but useless......
It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay......0
