S & W 637 inaccuracy

I purchased a 637-2 a few months ago. It shoots 4 inches to the right at 10 yds from a bench rest. I tried different brands of ammo with the same results. I e-mailed S & W about it and they suggested I send it back to them. I received it back with a note REPAIRED; ADJUST BARREL ALIGNMENT. But the gun still shoots the same. I know it isn't made to be super accurate, but I expected it to perform much better. I wonder if S & W even shot it after they repaired it? I guess I'll have to sell the turd, but hate to do so after buying expensive holster, and ammo. Any Ideas other than laser sights??
I'm really disappointed with it.

    Sounds like the barrel isn't indexed correctly. Nothing can be done to fix it as I see it, because if a gunsmith dresses off the shoulder of the barrel in a lathe, the ejector rod will be misalligned. You either got to live with it or get rid of it.

    Or, write a LETTER to S&W & explain that you are still not happy. Rather than have an unhappy customer who will bad-mouth them, I suspect that they will replace the gun.
