Iver Johnson .12 gauge double barrel

I'm looking for information on a rifle I inherited. It says "Konx-All Iver Johnson Sporting Goods, Boston, MA. It's a 12 guage, double barrel shotgun with the Serial No. 99473. All numbers match.

Anyone have an idea what it is and what it's worth? Is it a keeper or do I sell it? Thanks

  the "KNOX_ALL" was not actually manufactured by iver johnson's arms & cycle works. it was sold by the iver johnson sporting goods co. of boston,ma. the connection between iver johnson's arms & cycle works and the iver johnson sporting good co., is they were both owned by the iver johnson family but were operated as two independant and seperate enities. iver johnson sporting goods co. did sell products manufactured by iver johnson's arms & cycle works as well a products manufactured by a wide assortment of other companies. they handled firearms from just about all the manufacturers in business between 1900 and 1950. they were a complete sporting good outlet selling equipement for all outdoor activities. they were like gander mountion is today except they offered mail order sells as well.
  
  the brand name "KNOX-ALL" was actually manufactured by Cresent firearms aka cresent davis who was owned by H&D Folsom until purchased by savage/stevens in the 1930's. KNOX-ALL name was one of cresent more popular names for double barrel shotguns and was sold by a lot of different mail order and retail companies.
  
  iver johnson sporting goods company like to mark thier name on every thing they sold. some of things that have been seen marked iver johnson sporting goods co. are canoes, golf clubs, baseballs, baseball gloves, tennis racquets, tents, and all kind of other things.
