380 ACP Reloading dies

Can the 380 ACP be reloaded using standard 9mm dies?

  No way, Amigo.
  The .380 is about 2mm shorter in case length, smaller in OD & thinner-walled, so a 9x19mm resizer won't do a thing for ya there.
  
  The .380 seater die, however may work just fine ..... depending upon the brand used.

  You will also need a different shell holder.

  Buy Lee because it comes with the shell holder.
