Need ID of 5.56 x 45 1E Magazines

Have some 30 round magazines marked 5.56 x 45 1E. The black plastic follower is marked 21D. I believe the mags fit H&K 33/53/93, does anyone know who made them or what country they came from? Thanks

  I have seen German made magazines in the past marked with a coded date. If these are indeed HK magazines and the marking is "IE" instead of "1E" it means that they were made in 1984.
