Winchester DOM

I know it's in the forties, but I would like to know the year of my 32 Win Spc model 94 "flat band" rifle. Serial number: 1422219.

I bought it yesterday after looking for a long time for an unaltered Winchester, ie, not drilled and tapped for a scope and no sling.......thanks.

BTW: I need a front sight hood for it if anyone has one..

    Looked at the sticky and still couldn't find the dates. If anyone has the info please advise

    Model 92 44 wcf Octagon barrel 964xxx (does the barrel make this one rare?)

    Model 94 30 wcf 1431xxx

    I agree that it is most likely a 1998 vintage, but if you want to confirm the DOM, use this information -
